With all the difficult news of the situation here in Israel, we also see the tremendous strength and emunah of the Jewish people. We are very thankful to have homeland to call our own that embraces us.
The increase of physical acts against Jews in many European countries has increased aliyah. Many of our clients who do not need a residential apartment immediately have been purchasing apartments in new projects with occupancy dates from 6 months to 4 years. It fits in with their budget and cash flow.
