1- As reported on IsraelNationalNews.com, the new treasury minister Kachlon is planing to increase purchase tax for investors (usually considered someone purchasing a 2nd apartment) by 2-4%. As seen in the past, usually that would affect foreigners buying as well, even if it's their first apartment in Israel. This would be passed by the committee approval.

The change might be in affect already on July first so if you are in a process of buying real estate in Israel, speak to your lawyer about signing  the contract as soon as you can preferably this month. 
If you are interested in purchasing, if you can move quickly, you can save 2-4% on your purchase. We are available to help you with your purchase.
