It has been quite a summer with the war in the south with Hamas, the rise of anti-semitism all over the world, most severely in Europe, which is resulting in a dramatic increase in the number of Jews making aliyah.
These past few weeks, many apartments in Jerusalem have been sold in the NIS 1,200,000 - 2,800,000 range and there is a strong interest in properties under NIS 1,000,000 for investments as well as residential. There are many opportunities in the price range below NIS 1,000,000 out of Jerusalem in cities and towns that are adding new neighborhoods and in the building of new towns.
At the higher end, the neighborhoods near the Old City have seen sales to over $4,000,000.
